Return and refund policy

At Maison Bisou, we pay particular attention to the quality of our creations and the satisfaction of our customers.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unopened;
• Unused;
• In its original packaging;
• In perfect resalable condition.

Non-returnable products

For reasons of hygiene and safety, perfumes that have been opened, used or whose protective film has been removed cannot be returned or refunded.

Gift cards and personalized products are also non-refundable.

Damaged product or order error

We invite you to check your order as soon as you receive it.

If your product is damaged, defective or if you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the package and the product concerned.

Our team will review your request and offer you a suitable solution as soon as possible.

No return can be accepted without prior approval from our customer service.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.

Refunds

Once the product has been returned and inspected, we will inform you of the acceptance or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
